All was adequate. We did not get a check in email but phone calls answereed promptly. No mirrors in bedrooms, no end tables in living room, no instructions re: fireplace heating(electric), oven was confusing as was coffee pot...seems stupid to say but that was our experience. We were 3 senior women who came to go to the Nordicspa at Kananaskis

Great place in every way, clean, spacious, comfortable, well equipped kitchen. Hosts were always friendly and made sure we found the place to our liking; definitely will stay again
