Gateway Suites: Explore the Rocky Mountains

Unfortunately, my last night stay was uncomfortable due to possible bed bugs, and I hope management improves their pest Positive: Accessible and very closed to the banff and canmore Negative: I’ve been experiencing a serious issue with bed bugs . I’ve suffered from multiple itchy bites and even have photos and videos showing clear signs of bed bugs. I immediately informed the property management, but they claimed they didn’t find any and suggested it might be something else or other insect. I hope management takes this matter seriously for the well-being of all current and future clients.

Fantastic stay! Hosts were attentive and the room was wonderful! 100% reccomend and will be back! Positive: Great location! Room was clean and the bed was really comfortable! Best bed of the week!!! Negative: Pillows could be a little firmer (but this is a personal preference) and soft closed hinges on the communal doors as it bangs through the room if the door is not closed gently
